The service call is a quoted diagnostic fee. a brand-focused technician diagnoses the fault, then gives you a written estimate for the repair. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. If you decide not to proceed, the quoted diagnostic fee covers the diagnostic visit and there is nothing further.
Repair prices vary by the part and the labor involved, which is why we quote each job in writing rather than posting flat repair prices that would not reflect your specific appliance. What never varies is the approach: a clear written price before work, genuine OEM parts, and a 180-day repair warranty.
